Prior to being appointed as Chef De Cuisine / Manager for UNO MAS, Centara Grand at CentralWorld, he was working at El Dorado Petit – Girona, Spain, Wine Down Restaurant – Cayman Islands, Hotel AyreRossellon – Barcelona, Spain, La Dehesa Restaurant – London, England and Can Fabes Restaurant – Barcelona, Spain, one of the best Spanish restaurant and award-wining for several years with the three Michelin star chef, Santi Santamaria and two Michelin star chefs, Xavier Pellicer.
