The Internationally-acclaimed celebrity Chef Eddy Leung from Hong Kong will provide the finest of his creations and use his skill to present signature gourmet food, bringing the amazing flavors of French cuisine to the isle of Phuket.
Lobster Tartare: Canadian Lobster, Yamagata pear, marinated yellow fin tuna, Tsar caviar (Nobilo Regional Pinot Gris, New Zealand)
Salmon Confit: 48 Celsius slow cook salmon confit, champagne creme, salmon roe (Oyster Bay Chardonnay, New Zealand)
Slow Roasted Rack of Lamb: 12 hours braised lamb shoulder, Ratatouille, rosemary jus (Mouton Cadet Reserve Medoc, France)
Coconut Ice Cream: Homemade coconut ice cream, glazed pineapple with fresh vanilla (Peter Lehmann Princess Moscato Sparking)
With over 25 years of experience, our guest chef Eddy Leung is respected amongst the Hong Kong food scene, owning three restaurants which include Chef Studio by Eddy, G7 Private Dining and Lobster Bobo by Eddy. The award-winning Chef he has become well known for his artisanal abilities in the world of French cuisine, making various television appearances and has written his own cookbook ‘Cooking with Passion’, which raised money for charity.

Chef Eddy Leung has over 25 years of culinary working experiences, practicing in various famous 5- star hotels in Hong Kong such as the Swire Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, the Gaddis at the Peninsula Hotel, Grand Hyatt Hotel and the Harbour Grand Hotel.
Chef Eddy also owns three restaurants in Hong:
• “Chef Studio by Eddy”, it is a French private kitchen, located at Southern part of Hong Kong Island, Chef Eddy presents tailor-made French tasting menu for private parties and catering for celebrities in Hong Kong.
• “G7 Private Dining”: An Italian private dining restaurant located at Central, serving Italian tasting menus.
• ‘Lobster Bobo by Eddy”: A very popular noodle bar at Central, serving noodles with fresh lobster, slow cooked vegetables and rich lobster bisque.
Chef Eddy’s active involvement in many international culinary competitions around the globe helped him hone his culinary skills and gain valuable experiences, winning many medals for his talent in the process.
Furthermore, Chef Eddy has also won a lot of awards such as the Hong Kong Food Festival Culinary Award, The American Culinary Classic Award and the FHA International Salon Culinaire Award.
His international involvement and has resulted in him being invited to many international culinary competitions, such as Shanghai FHA and Hong Kong Culinary Classic, as an International Judge. Chef Eddy was also previously in the Panel of Judges for Battle of the Chefs and Penang Chefs Challenge in Malaysia.
In 2013, Chef Eddy wrote his first cookbook ‘ Cooking with Passion’ , which raised HK$190,000 to charity to help underprivileged children in northern China.
With the gained knowledge’s and skills, Chef Eddy has ventured into Culinary Consultation, managing many exciting projects in both China and Hong Kong.
