Lamberts as the five-star resort’s new General Manager, taking over from Cedric Bonvin who returns to his native Switzerland. In her new role, Mrs Lamberts will be overseeing all aspects of the guest experience as the resort approaches its 27th anniversary in 2018.

With more than two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry spanning locations across Europe and Asia, Mrs Lamberts is well positioned to take Santiburi Beach Resort & Spa to ever-higher levels of personalised hospitality. Most recently, she worked as General Manager at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran, while previous roles placed her in sales, marketing and management departments with some of the world’s leading hotel groups such as Starwood, Concorde, Accor, and Marriott, including eight years at the 430-room flagship property Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel where she was Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Operations.

Along with a BA in Hotel Management and Tourism, German-born, Swiss-educated Lamberts also boasts an Executive MBA in Tourism and International Management and speaks five languages.
