Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Welcomes Chef Santosh

Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort is very pleased to announce the arrival of Chef Santosh Shivram Hegde, who is set to elevate the cuisine found at the resort’s signature dining outlets, which include the Maya and White Lotus restaurants.

 

With more than 18 years of culinary cooking experience, Chef Santosh Shivram Hegde has worked for some of the top hospitality groups in the world, including Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, part of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and the Mumbai-based Mars Enterprise Hotels & Restaurant, part of the Mars Hospitality Group.

 

His most recently held position was as Sous Chef Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, Maldives, where he was in charge of overseeing the overall functioning of the Main ala carte restaurant and Buffet Restaurant, and was committed to delivering the best culinary service to guests. He was also in charge of team management, training and development of all team members, establishing and maintaining an effective employee inter-departmental working relationship.

 

Specialising in food production covering Continental, Indian, Oriental, and Italian cuisines, Chef Santosh is a highly capable and result-driven individual, whose in-depth knowledge and team-building skills will ensure the highest standard of quality across all Sofitel Krabi’s F&B outlets.
