Second COSI hotel – the lifestyle hotel brand for the connected traveller – to open in September 2019
18th October 2018, Bangkok, Thailand – Centara Hotels & Resorts has topped out its second COSI branded hotel, in North Pattaya. The affordable lifestyle brand provides the freedom-loving smartphone generation with relaxed, connected travel experiences at accessible prices. Friendly and lively COSI hotels will redefine hospitality with a perfect bundle of great location, innovation, seamless connectivity and total 24-hr freedom and flexibility.
Whether travelling for work or leisure, the newest COSI will captivate the market and demonstrate the diversity of Pattaya’s traveller demographic. Pattaya is the heartbeat of tourism in the eastern area of the country and is a destination that offers a perfect blend of beach and city and hosts countless social and business events.
COSI Pattaya Naklua Beach will have 282 hi-tech rooms, all with Smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi and convenient USB ports are in every room and throughout the hotel. COSI also features a swimming pool, gym, laundromat, and the all-hours “Hub”, a social hangout and digital playspace with integrated WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) 24-hour lifestyle Café. Guests can enjoy free food and drink there using the daily credits they get with their stay. The hotel is situated just a short stroll away from the beach, right opposite the renowned Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya and a five minute drive from Central Festival Pattaya. The hotel will open in September 2019 and follows the first COSI hotel which opened in Samui in December 2017. A third COSI which is also under development will open in Krabi in 2020.
The COSI brand is an integral part of the company’s ambitious, five year expansion plan. Within that timeframe, Centara expects to add close to 40 more COSI hotels to its portfolio, all situated in resort and city locations throughout Thailand and Asia.
