PHUKET, THAILAND — January 21, 2019—In celebration of the Year of The Pig, Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa has invited a guest chef all the way from China to fire up the kitchen this Chinese New Year.

Chef Felix Xi Ming Wang is the Head Chef of Hilton Garden Inn Lijiang, China. He will be participating in the festivities by preparing authentic Chinese cuisine for the guests of Hilton Phuket’s week-long Chinese New Year celebration from February 3 to February 9, 2019.

The main highlight of Hilton Phuket’s Chinese New Year week is the Chinese New Year Gala Dinner at the Lagoon Lawn on Monday, February 4.

On the Chinese New Year period, Sails Restaurant gives a Chinese twist to its popular theme night dinner buffet.

Sunday (February 3) is for Spice of Szechuan; Monday (February 4) is the Chinese New Year Gala Dinner at the Lagoon Lawn; Tuesday (February 5) features Thai and Chinese street food; Wednesday (February 6) is Cantonese Fish Market-themed; Thursday (February 7) is for Shanghai Nights; Friday (February 8) is Thai Siam Night; and Saturday (February 9) is a Taste of China Seafood Special.
