Guests can enjoy a perfectly chargrilled lamb rack, served in an authentic Middle Eastern style with couscous, eggplant and yoghurt, or savor succulent lamb tenderloin with Spanish chorizo, beans and red bell peppers. Both of these enticing options are colorful and full of flavor, evoking the vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean region.
Alternatively, diners can discover handmade Italian ravioli stuffed with roasted lamb shoulder, which has been roasted until it is so soft that it melts in the mouth, served with organic cherry tomatoes, spinach and topped with parmesan. Finally, guests seeking a heartier feast can tuck into a beautiful braised lamb shank, accompanied by creamy brown butter mashed potatoes, peas and luxurious truffle.
