On 8th March 2020, in celebration of International Women’s Day, Human Resources Team of Novotel Phuket Phokeethra led the way for recognition of our dedicated staff of all generations who work together and have shown a commitment to diversity and creating a new mentality for the future. This activity was launch to reflect the group’s commitment to diversity and gender equality with theme “Women’s rights: We dare from one generation to another”, emphasizing the strengths of our shared values such as inclusion, trust and respect for each and every talent.
