Available every Monday and Wednesday, the energising itinerary comprises a series of activities and flavours designed to boost the body and stimulate the senses.

Rising early, guests can kickstart their day at 6.15am with a rousing run along the resort’s jogging track – a great way to get the body’s natural endorphins flowing. Then at 7.30am, they head to the beach for an early morning yoga session and detox drink, overlooking the glistening Gulf of Siam.

A healthy breakfast is served on the beach, complete with tropical fruit, freshly baked breads and pastries, yoghurts, granola and more. Then at 10am, guests head to the serene Santiburi Spa for a 60-minute Ayurveda massage or facial treatment.

“At Santiburi Koh Samui, we offer our guests everything they need to stay fit, healthy and active throughout their stay. Whether guests are planning to spend the day on the golf course, out on the ocean waves enjoying exhilarating water sports, or simply relaxing with their loved ones, this intensive morning package will leave them feeling ready to take on the world,” commented Sabine Lamberts, the resort’s General Manager.

Set in 23 acres of landscaped tropical gardens with a spectacular 300-metre-long stretch of private beach, Santiburi Samui offers a wealth of activities and amenities designed to encourage health and wellbeing. A dedicated sports centre, floodlit tennis court and nearby 18-hole championship golf course offer a wide array of sporting activities, while the water sports centre provides professional instruction and high quality equipment for non-motorised marine pursuits, including kayaking, windsurfing, paddle boarding and sailing.

Guests can also take part in a series of expert-led classes, such as Thai boxing and yoga, or bicycle rides and jungle treks can be organised, encouraging couples and families to head out and explore the spectacular local scenery and experience local village life first hand.

Alternatively, guests can simply unwind on the beach, plunge into the resort’s stunning swimming pool or be pampered at the Santiburi Spa, which offers traditional Thai massage, a shower therapy room, indoor baths and outdoor deep soaking tubs.

The Kick Start Breakfast programme is priced at THB 1,990 per person for a minimum of four participants. For more information about the resort, or to book your next stay at Santiburi Koh Samui, please visit: www.santiburisamui.com.
