From November 22nd to December 3rd 2018, guests can indulge in the exotic taste of Malaysian cuisine with the latest offers at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort, which includes a breakfast and dinner promotion, as well as an authentic Malaysian cooking class.

To help showcase our neighbouring country’s delicious cuisine, Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra has specially flown in Malaysia-based Guest Chef Syamsyul to share some of the country’s gastronomic highlights.

Guests are invited to join the Malaysian Dinner promotion from November 22-25 at White Lotus restaurant, which features an extensive à la carte menu that includes Malay local delicacies Seafood Otak-Otak and Mixed Vegetable and Popular Kelantan Kerabu Fried Rice with Mackerel, Fish Cracker and Mixed Vegetables Pickles. Additionally, a four-course degustation set menu gives you the chance to try the most popular specialties. Prices range from THB 250++ to THB 500++ for starters and main courses.

Then from November 22nd to December 3rd, start your with the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra’s Malaysian Breakfast Promotion. Taking inspiration from the historic city of Malacca, Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra will be offering three different daily breakfast menus featuring Pandan coconut steamed rice with condiments and Nyonya delicacies Kapitan Chicken Curry With Potatoes, Melaka Style Beef Asam Pedas, and Nyonya Fish Head Curry.

Finally, for those who want to try their hand at cooking their own Malaysian meal, Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra will be hosting its very own cooking class on 1 December 2018 in collaboration with Chef Syamsyul. This limited class will take place at Maya Garden and is priced at THB 950++ per person. Every participant will walk away from the class having mastered three dishes from the historic city of Malacca, namely Fish Head Red Snapper Curry Kapitan with Condiment, Slow Cooked Chicken with Coconut Turmeric Chili Gravy and Deep Fried Banana Fritter with Cheese.
