นายพัศพงศ์ จิรวัฒนาศักดิ์ ผู้จัดการส่วนกิจกรรมการตลาด ฝ่ายการตลาด สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส กล่าวว่า “บางกอกแอร์เวย์สภูเก็ตฮาล์ฟมาราธอน (Bangkok Airways Phuket Half Marathon) เป็นการแข่งขันวิ่งรายการที่ 5 จากทั้งหมด 7 รายการ ของบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส บูทีค ซีรี่ย์ 2018 (Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2018) ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2561 ณ สวนสาธารณะสะพานหิน เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาของจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยการจัดแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ ทางสายการบินฯ ได้ร่วมมือกับบริษัท ทีละก้าว จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นมืออาชีพด้านการจัดการแข่งขันวิ่งของประเทศ มาช่วยออกแบบเส้นทางวิ่งให้มีความโดดเด่นและมีกลิ่นอายความเป็นบูทีคในแบบฉบับของบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส”

“นอกจากนี้ บางกอกแอร์เวย์สภูเก็ตฮาล์ฟมาราธอน (Bangkok Airways Phuket Half Marathon) ยังได้รับการสนับสนุนจากการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานภูเก็ต ในการนำอาหารพื้นเมืองที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์จากชุมชนต่างๆ ของภูเก็ต มาให้นักวิ่งได้รับประทานภายในงาน ในฐานะที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้รับเลือกให้เป็นเมืองสร้างสรรค์ด้านวิทยาการอาหาร (Creative City of Gastronomy) จากองค์การยูเนสโก” นายพัศพงศ์ กล่าวเสริม

นายพีรดนย์ สุขสวัสดิ์ ผู้อำนวยการการแข่งขัน บริษัท ทีละก้าว จำกัด กล่าวถึงการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ว่า “เส้นทางในรายการแข่งขันวิ่งบางกอกแอร์เวย์สภูเก็ตฮาล์ฟมาราธอน (Bangkok Airways Phuket Half Marathon) จะเป็นการผสมผสานระหว่างวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นและทัศนียภาพอันงดงามของจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะได้สัมผัสถึงวิถีชีวิตของชุมชนยามเช้าท่ามกลางสถาปัตยกรรมในแบบชีโนโปรตุกีสซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของเมืองภูเก็ต โดยการแข่งขันรายการนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ แบบฟันรัน (Fun Run) และแบบมินิมาราธอน (Mini Marathon) ระยะทาง 5 และ 10 กิโลเมตร และแบบฮาล์ฟมาราธอน (Half-Marathon) ระยะทาง 21 กิโลเมตร”

รายการวิ่งบางกอกแอร์เวย์สภูเก็ตฮาล์ฟมาราธอน (Bangkok Airways Phuket Half Marathon) ถือเป็นการแข่งขันวิ่งรายการที่ 5 จากทั้งหมด 7 รายการของ “บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส บูทีค ซีรีย์ 2018 (Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2018)” โดยรายการวิ่งที่เหลือ ได้แก่ รายการวิ่ง “สมุยฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” ที่จังหวัดสุราษฎ์ธานี ในวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2561 รายการวิ่ง “ลำปางฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” ที่จังหวัดลำปาง ในวันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2561 รายการวิ่ง “ภูเก็ตฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” ที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ในวันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2561 รายการวิ่ง “เชียงรายมาราธอน” ที่จังหวัดเชียงราย ในวันที่ 16 กันยายน 2561 และรายการวิ่ง “ล้านนาฮาล์ฟมาราธอน” ที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ วันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายน 2561”

Bangkok Airways to organize the “Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon” in Phuket

Phuket / 9 May 2018 (Today) – Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited led by Mr. Passapong Jirawattanasak, Manager – Marketing Activities together with Teelakow Company Limited led by Mr. Peeradon Suksawat, Business Development, have organized a press conference for the “Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon”, at Limelight Avenue, Phuket.

Mr. Passapong Jirawattanasak, Manager – Marketing Activities Division of Bangkok Airways said “The Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon is the fifth event out of our seven planned programs for the Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2018. The main purpose of this event is to promote Phuket tourism and to ensure that participants recognize the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, we are delighted to join hands with Teelakaw Company Limited in organizing this unique running event as they are the real experts in this field. The Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon will be taking place on 5 August 2018, at Sapanhin Park and we would like to invite running enthusiasts of all levels to be part of this program as this event will be unique in terms of running tracks.”

Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon is the fifth event out of seven planned programs of the Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2018. The remaining programs are the “Samui Marathon” in Koh Samui, Surat Thani will be the location on 10 June 2018, “Lampang Half Marathon” in Lampang will be held on 24 June 2018, “Phuket Half Marathon” in Phuket will be on 5 August 2018, and the “Chiang Rai Marathon” in Chiang Rai will be on 16 September 2018, with the “Lanna Half Marathon” in Chiang Mai following on 11 November 2018”.
